The provision of Communications Services to the Residential Tenancies Board

The Residential Tenancies Board is expanding information provision to tenants, landlords, people working in the rental sector, and the wider public to improve understanding of the sector and improve knowledge on rights and responsibilities in the rental sector. The Contracting Authority seeks ongoing expertise and support to the Communications team and Senior Management in the discharge of the Communications Strategy which will include the following general areas: • Strategic communications • Public affairs • Media relations • Digital media • Event management • Crisis management • Internal communication
