Dos-17_166 - Upgrading of existing toilets at St. Kevin's National School, Greystones, Co. Wicklow

Tenders are invited on a fixed price lump sum basis for the above project comprising the following: the upgrading of toilets in 19 classrooms (two cubicles per classroom). Upgrades will generally consist of (list not exhaustive) replacement of toilet suites and sinks, re-plastering, painting and decorating, lighting and ventilation and minor electrical works. Tenders to be submitted in hardcopy form only and should include, Form of Tender, Schedule of Works, Current Insurances, Tax Clearance Documentation and a full and detailed breakdown of costs. Returned Tenders should be labelled "Tender- Toilet Upgrades", and sent to "St. Kevin's National School, Greystones, Co. Wicklow" before Monday 22 January 2018 at 1:00pm. Tenderers are required to read the DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works carefully and to make sure that they meet the minimum standards stated therein. Tenderers who do not meet those requirements should not submit a tender as they will be excluded at award stage. All Tenderers are liable for their own costs of tendering.
