2017/1033 - Request for Tenders for the provision of A Legal Case Management and Document Management System for the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Advisor

The Contracting Authority proposes to award a contract for the implementation, configuration and support of a Legal Document Management and Legal Case Management System. The contract is for the provision of the following services : • Supply and installation of a Legal Document management system • Supply and installation of a Legal case management system • Configuration of Legal Document and Case Management Systems • Migration of existing data and documents from Lotus Notes • System administration and end user training in the use of the system • System technical and training documentation • System maintenance, support/issue fixing for an initial period of three years with extensions if and when they occur. • Assistance in future system development and upgrade. • System deployment and project management
