The brief for this project is the construction of a PE Hall of 1048m2 and a Music room of 80m2. As the site is restricted this level of accommodation may not fit on the site therefore the Design Team will have to design the optimum level of accommodation that can be facilitated on the site and it is recommended that potential Design Team members visit the proposed site prior to tendering. Site visit detail are contained in the Invitation to Tender Document.
