Design & Project Management Services for the Construction of Teagasc Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy

Teagasc is seeking to establish a multi party framework agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team and Project Management services. The design team services will cover the following disciplines: a) Architectural Services b) Quantity Surveying Services c) Civil & Structural Engineering Services d) Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services e) Fire Safety Consultant f) Project Supervisor for the Design Process The Design Team will be responsible for providing all construction-related technical advice and design services to the Client Only those Applicants capable of delivering all of the services listed above without exception (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium or by relying on the resources of another party or parties) will be considered. Therefore, applications relating to one or several of these disciplines but not all are not acceptable and will be rejected. The maximum estimated value of professional services over the lifetime of the multi party framework is in the region of €1,500,000 to €5,000,000. The framework will be established for a period of four (4) years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under the framework may extend beyond that date of expiry of the framework agreement. The framework will be established with up to four (4) economic operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. INITIAL CONTRACT: The multi party framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for (Architect led) design team services for the provision of a new build Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co Cork. The estimated duration of the initial contract is 3 years and will have an estimated construction value of €8,000,000 (ex VAT). The Design Team will be required to provide all of the professional services for stages (i) through to (v) of the Conditions of Engagement.
