Protect Existing Pitched and Flat Roofs where works are not proposed. Remove approx. 400 sq.m. of Existing Asbestos Slates from original School Building and disposal by Department of Education Approved Contractor (List Attached). Remove existing valley linings, felt, battens, fascia, soffits, gutters, downpipes and dispose. Demolish 4No. Existing cast in-site concrete chimneys. Provide protection to existing attic areas while the works are opened up in order to protect electrical services, insulation and plasterboard ceilings. Replace Existing Roof timbers which have degraded due to water ingress. Re- felt, batten and slate pitched roofs. Replace Existing Gutters, downpipes, fascia and soffitts. Provide and Install Roof vents and Wall vents to Attics.
