Replacement of existing Space Heating to 20no Apartments at St.John’s Gate Co.Wexford. External to the apartments the works include works to the existing boiler plant and the installation of new primary district heating mains along with associated electrical works. Works within the apartments include the installation of a new heating system, to include distribution pipework, radiators, controls and associated electrical works.
