Provision of ICT Support Personnel to assist the RTB in delivering on its ICT Strategy including delivering change to core systems supporting its functions.

The RTB is currently involved in an ICT Strategy to deliver change to core systems supporting its functions. This strategy sets out a comprehensive, integrated, three-year roadmap for the development of its information and communications technology. The strategy has outlined a programme of work with interdependent tracks or projects. The following are the key areas included in the strategy and indicate where support may be required: 1. Cloud Transformation and Managed Services—migration of internally hosted ICT environment to Cloud based hosting 2. Replacement of Tenancy Management System (TMS)—acquisition and implementation of new solution for Registrations, Enforcements, Disputes, Payments, Reporting, etc. and including online portal interaction 3. Website & Online Services integrated with new TMS providing one-stop shop for tenants and landlords 4. Finance System 5. Sector Analysis & Research—to reflect increased focus on informing policy development and understanding of trends in the rental market 6. Other
