20170901 - Supply of Previously Owned Passenger Vehicles

The Galway Training Centre is planning to replace some existing passenger vehicles (previously owned) which are used to train apprentices in the practical aspects of the Craft of Motor Mechanic Phase 2. The requirement is for Two (2) previously owned passenger vehicles which must meet the training requirements of the Phase 2 curriculum and a diversity of models appropriate to the car industry in the Republic of Ireland in order to ensure relevant training. This will facilitate training delivery and assessment to meet all requirements normally encountered in the industry at the present time. Phase 2 training encompasses a range of training modules for which these vehicles will provide practical experience such as Body/Electrics, Engine/Mechanical, Ignition Systems, Fuel Injection (Petrol), Transmission Systems, Brakes & Steering, Compression Ignition (Diesel).
