FCC/156/17 - Once off deep clean of County Hall, Swords for Fingal County Council

Fingal County Council invites suitable qualified companies to provide a deep clean of a large number of areas within County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin during November 2017. This is a specialist deep cleaning activity in a modern, largely open plan building environment and requires exceptional cleaning and management experience in the Public Sector. Participants must be able to demonstrate their ability in an environment similar to Fingal County Council and provide case studies that demonstrate operational success and innovative service delivery. The square footage of the area required is approx 7556sqm. The successful tenderer is expected to provide a fully comprehensive cleaning service to the locations outlined below and in the drawing attached. Tendering parties are invited to arrange a site visit to inspect the area to assist informing a response. The level of cleaning expected for the deep clean is of the highest standard and must include all areas, surfaces and floors within the specified area of Fingal County Hall. Fingal County Council will not accept substandard cleaning and where the cleaning is not of the required standard, the area in question will be required to be re-cleaned at the successful tenderers member’s expense. As County Hall is an area in high demand at all times, this service is carried out within a very tight time-frame. i.e. 4 nights a week Monday to Thursday, 5.00p.m. to 11.00p.m. for a four week period commencing in November 2017. The specified work/floor areas will be cleared beforehand to the necessary standard to complete the deep clean. In the event of an area not being cleared in advance the deep clean should go ahead around the area. The successful tenderer will be expected to work tightly to this schedule. Fingal County Council will sign off each area as per the schedule once the requisite deep clean standard has been attained.
