Colaiste na Trocaire Mechanical - School Energy Upgrade Programme Colaiste na Trocaire, Rathkeale, County Limerick- MECHANICAL

The project comprises mainly of the stripping out and upgrade of two boiler houses at Coliaste na Trocaire Rathkeale, Co LImerick, including replacements of existing boilers, pumps, valves, pipework, building management system etc and associated builder's work. Heating will be converted from oil to LPG, with associated new LPG tank compounds and associated builder's works. This project will be carried out during the autumn school term between late August and the end of the mid-term break on Sunday 5 November 2017, with heating on by 15 October at the very latest. Works shall be carried out between 8 a.m. and midnight on school days and between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. All classrooms shall remain fully operational at all times. All classrooms are intensively occupied every school day. Any works within the school can only take place after 4pm weekdays or at weekends. Under a separate tender also currently active, an electrical contractor will probably be working inside parts of the school replacing lighting.
