Delivery to all households in the State of unaddressed information

Delivery to every household in the State of an unaddressed information leaflet weighing less than 20 grams. The delivery will take place between Monday 2nd October 2017 and Friday 6th October 2017. It is estimated that the delivery of 1.7m leaflets is required.
