The project comprises 24 two storey units of varying types as detailed in the tender information. In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must be an appointed member of the OGP Rapid Delivery Housing Framework and be compliant with all the requirements verified when elected to the framework. The Quality Section has the following criteria: Only Tenderers who pass the Suitability Assessment will have their tender evaluated. Any Tenderer (i) Achieving less than 50% of the maximum marks on an individual quality criterion or (ii) Achieving less than 50% of the total availability marks will be excluded from further consideration. Marks: Quality 4000 [ Quality – 4000 / Price - 6000 = Total 10,000 marks ] The initial framework criteria for assessment have been broken down in the Quality Assessment Document into specific focused sections, with subsections, all with specific marks allocated. This provides greater clarity and transparency to tendering contractors, and specific guidance on the detailed assessment of the quality section of the tender. The successful contractor must be in a position to complete an accelerated construction program, within the parameters of the program outlined below, and this program must be included for evaluation as part of his tender submission.
