SWS Roof Repair & Replacement - Holy Family Secondary School, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The project consists of roof repair & replacement works comprising, inter alia; replace the 60no. roof-lights with new double-skin proprietary roof-lights, complete with new flashings & kerbs. Remove the existing c.1’085sqm solar-reflective paint-finished roofing felt and replace with an insulated single-ply DoES-compliant PVC membrane as specified. Include for removal / cutting out of all effective / rotten roof-decking & timbers, with suitable flashings. Remove all failed lead parapets / copings and replace with approved uPVC capping piece. Remove and replace the damaged ceiling tiles to the teaching spaces below.
