Addition of ductwork, grilles, passive return air ductwork, removal of existing AHU and replacing with a new energy efficient AHU • Install supply air ductwork and grilles to 3no, classrooms within Block B as part of a pilot study. • Install passive exhaust ductwork, grilles and attenuators in the 3no. classrooms. • Strip out and removal from site of existing AHU mounted on the roof. • Supply and installation of new AHU in same location as existing. • Modifications of existing LTHW pipework on roof. • Associated Controls System. • Associated Electrical Services.
