Detailed description:

The contract covers the development of a combined competency framework for Section 10 and Section 39 funded homeless and addiction services. The successful tenderer will be overseen by a steering group with representatives from the addiction, homeless and mental health sectors. The maximum budget for this project is €45,000.00 exclusive of VAT. Ireland’s Revenue Commissioners professional services withholding tax rules will apply.
