Ashford Community Resource Centr - Upgrade to old Ashford Tavern buiding to convert it into a community resource building including demolition of old section and construction of new extension

Kantoher Development Group CLG are attempting to revitalise the old Ashford Tavern pub/dance hall by converting it into a community resource building incorporating a Teach Ceoil, Youth Club, kitchen, meeting room and toilet faciliites. The old bar part of the Ashford tavern is being retained (A roof slated section) and the remainder of the building is being demolished and replaced by a smaller new building. The tender shall include costs for demolition and disposal of debris, shall include full construction costs (including car park and sewerage treatment system). It is hoped work will commence in November 2017.
