SC 06/17-01 - Planning, EIA & Engineering Services for a Gas-to Grid Anaerobic Digestion Services

Request for tender for provision of professional services in relation to a c.80,000 tonne per annum anaerobic digestion bio-methane injection plant located on c.5Ha within Bord na Móna’s land holdings in the Midlands of Ireland. It is envisaged that the plant may accept exclusively crop based feedstocks, waste based feedstock or a mixture of both. The following services are requested: Work Package #1 - Preparation and support of all necessary regulatory consents which may include: o Planning and EIA services; o Waste Licence application; o Animal By-Product permitting; Work Package #2 - Provision of Front End Engineering Design (excluding process package) including: o Civil engineering design and requirements specification in support of Civil Balance of Plant (CBoP) tendering. o Provision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering design and requirements specification associated with any offices, reception building, general site infrastructure and ancillary equipment. For the avoidance of doubt the current scope of services excludes the mechanical and electrical engineering design package associated with biogas process plant. The successful party will interface with Bord na Móna or its appointed technology advisors in relation to the preparation of the above two work packages.
