The Berkeley Library, Trinity College Dublin are celebrating their 50th year anniversary during 2017 and have planned a programme of exhibitions and event. The library plan to Furnish a new library customer interaction area using a quality collection of furniture complementary to the aesthetics of the Library. TCD require suitably qualified suppliers to quote for the supply and installation of the furniture. The furniture comprises of various chairs, sofas and tables.

The Berkeley library plan to Furnish a new library customer interaction area using a quality collection of furniture complementary to the aesthetics of the Library. TCD require suitably qualified suppliers to quote for the supply and installation of the furniture. The furniture comprises of various chairs, sofas and tables. The emphasis is very much on high quality furniture which is sympathetic to the 1960s origins of this ‘brutalist gem’.
The Berkeley Library, opened in 1967 and has come to be widely regarded as one of Ireland’s finest modern buildings. In 2017, the Library is hosting a series of events to celebrate the first fifty years and consider how it might continue to inspire and delight in the future. The Library will also be marking the anniversary by furnishing a new collaborative learning space in the iconic Iveagh Hall, as well as a new services hub in the basement area of the building.
