SC 03/17-05 (AMcG) - Bord na Mona HQ Newbridge Reception Building Roof Refurbishment

The purpose of this tender exercise is to extend the life of the Reception Building roof (original Barracks Building roof) by providing full refurbishment to roof structure, coverings and drainage goods at Bord na Mona HQ, Main Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Specifically this will include – repair/replacement and refurbishment of existing timber roof structure (pitched fully boarded roof) on a minimum intervention basis, treatment with preservative, install new breathable underlay and re-fix with new and reclaimed existing natural slates and ridge caps etc.; renewal / replacement of all existing lead works; refurbishment / replacement of cast iron drainage goods together with all temporary works and ancillary items. The building is fully operational and will require to remain fully operational throughout the works.
