ITT17-010 - Expertise in Crafting MI Strategic Plan

The Marine Institute requires an expert to support the crafting of the new strategic Plan (2018 to 2022). (See Appendix 2; Guidelines and Schedule Documents.) To facilitate this the Tenderer must provide for the duration of the work the following; • Expertise in Strategic Plan formulation • Expertise in use of Tools for Strategies (e.g. PESTERL, 5 Forces, Maturity Maps) • Expertise in developing Key Performance Indicators • Expertise in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility • Expertise in facilitation of staff engagement • Facilitation of Workshops as a key tool to provide material for the Strategic Plan • Expert guidance on Implementation of the Strategic Plan • Expert support to the Senior Management Team Full details are available in the attached Invitation to Tender Document.
