THR022F - RFT for the Provision of Contracted Training Services
The Contracting Authorities (15 Education and Training Boards; each ETB will be the Contracting Authority for their respective ETB), invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure,
from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of Contracted Training Services for which it is proposed to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement.
On behalf of the the Contracting Authorities, the OGP is conducting the Competition under the Restricted Procedure and in accordance with the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities’
Contracts) Regulations 2016 (as amended).
The Restricted Procedure is a two (2) stage procurement process. It should be noted that elements of this process will rely on Annex XIV of the Directives.
The OGP/Contracting Authorities may collapse the process entirely or an individual Lot level at their discretion.
