Detailed description:

Provision of a Passenger & Light Cargo Ferry Service For Toraigh Island , County Donegal, Ireland for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2023. The ferry service is to provide a minimum of two return sailings per day every day each year between Toraigh island and Machaire Rabhartaigh on the mainland.
