Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision, installation and maintenance of both Summer and Spring floral hanging basket displays at various sites in Dublin City Centre. The framework will be for the provision of Summer display 2017, Spring Display 2018, Summer display 2018, Spring Display 2019, Summer display 2019 and Spring Display 2020.
