ADM/GCC/2017 - Provision of Public Relations Services in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)

THIS TENDER COMPETITION IS CLOSED AND A CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED TO THE HIGHEST SCORING TENDERER - Q COMMUNICATIONS. Tourism Ireland wishes to appoint a Public Relations services agency for the GCC, with a primary focus on the UAE. The successful agency must have an operational base in the UAE and will report to the Tourism Ireland's Asia Hub office. They will be responsible for developing, co-ordinating and executing a comprehensive publicity programme for the island of Ireland in the GCC market. In addition to this eTenders Notice, local service suppliers in the GCC will also be made aware of this tender opportunity. The Contract Period will be for four [4] years subject to annual budget, satisfactory annual performance review and other factors. The contract will be reviewed after an initial six [6] month probationary period. It is anticipated that work under the Contract will commence on 1st June 2017.
