06.40.13 Franchise - Development, Hosting and Operation of both the www.referendum.ie and the www.presidentialelection.ie websites for the Referendum Returning Officer and Presidential Returning Officer

In summary, the Services comprise: the hosting, maintenance, operation, content management and further development of both the www.referendum.ie and the www.presidentialelection.ie websites. The content supplier will be required to provide services and support in a range of areas including on-site and on-call support for the critical Referendum or Election period, content Management Service usage, web writing/editorial, Search Engine Optimisation, accessibility, and multimedia support. This contract will start immediately and remain in place for a period of three years. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of days and the contract is based on budget availability and a performance review.
