2669 - Roadworks and cycle trail, Wellington Road, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8

The Works require the partial removal of existing roadway and construction of new roadway, with associated drainage and ancillary works to stretches of Wellington Road, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8. Also, new GREEN cycle track to be overlaid on existing road structure to full length of Wellington Road. One contract will be awarded for all of the proposed works. Approximate quantities for the entire works are as follows: - (i) Road Excavation for road repair 390 m3 (ii) Excavation for Drainage 90 m3 (iii) 150mm Ø land drain 180 m (iv) Gully / manhole clearing Item (v) Road construction for road repair 1,100 m2 (vi) Green cycle track overlay 1,950 m2 (vii) Road lining / marking Item (viii) Road signage Item (ix) Cobble Insert Centreline 750 m (Cobbles supplied by OPW) All stripped/excavated materials to be disposed of off site.
