2575 - Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Supply of Intravenous Immunoglobulin

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the supply of Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) to the Pharmacy Department of Beaumont Hospital. Tenderers must complete and return Appendix 2 (‘Statement of Requirements’), which contains a detailed statement of the requirements applying to this competition. In completing this Appendix, tenderers are advised to ensure that sufficient information is provided to facilitate a full assessment of qualitative proposals by the evaluation team. In this regard, statements to the effect that a particular requirement has been ‘noted’ should be avoided; full supporting information must be offered.
