DIAS Cleaning Services - The DIAS is out-sourcing a section of its cleaning service requirements. The nature of the required service is to meet the daily general cleaning that arises in the different DIAS buildings.

2. Nature of engagement The DIAS is out-sourcing a section of its cleaning service requirements. The nature of the required service is to meet the daily general cleaning that arises in the different DIAS buildings at the following locations: Locations • 10 Burlington Road, Dublin 4 • 31 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 • 5 Merrion Sq., Dublin 2. • Dunsink Observatory, Castleknock, Dublin 15 The work will involve professional cleaning services in all four locations including office cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. The contract is being offered on the basis of an initial term of one year, renewable annually at the discretion of the DIAS for two further periods of one year each to a maximum of three years, subject always to satisfactory performance. The respondent must be a cleaning service provider with appropriately qualified and experienced staff capable of providing the services required. The service provider will be required to be on site 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for locations 10 Burlington Road, 5 Merrion Square and 31 Fitzwilliam Place and three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) for the Dunsink Observatory location. The service provider will be expected to allocate a minimum of two hours per day for the Burlington site, three hours per day for the Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam sites and 8 hours per week for the Dunsink Observatory location.
