Invitation to tender to Manage the Pavilion, Tennis Courts & Padel Courts in Bushy Park

Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking competent persons/organisation to manage the newly refurbished facilities in Bushy Park as a community facility, to promote and increase local participation in padel and tennis. The facilities consist of a newly refurbished pavilion which will be used as a recreational facility for tennis and padel, four new padel courts and eight double tennis courts. Previous experience in managing similar facilities will be taken into account and assessment of the tenders received will result in the granting of a licence to an operator to manage the facility for two years, with the option to extend for a further two periods of 1 year each. However, Dublin City Council reserves the right not to proceed with the competition or not to grant a licence. Please see the tender documents for full details.
