DL/28/16 - Supply of Office Pedestal Seating (DL/28/16)
Sealed tenders addressed to the Office Administrator, Furniture Division, Office of Public Works, Mountshannon Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8 and receivable up to 12:00 noon on 14th of September, 2016 are invited for the supply of Office Pedestal Seating.
The Tenderers' Statement, as set out in Appendix 3 and the Declaration as to the Personal Circumstances of Tenderer, as set out in Appendix 5, must be completed in full as stated in the tender document. Failure to sign the Tenderers' Statement will invalidate the tender. When submitting tenders, the envelope should be marked clearly “TENDER DL/28/16”.
It is a condition of the award of the contract that a firm must be able to produce promptly a Tax Clearance Certificate.

The Commissioners of Public Works shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
