This Contract was Awarded to: Pinnacle Building Contractors, Unit 1, Gortlandroe, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Award Date: 22/05/2017. The work consists of the extension to the existing Fire Station in Templemore Co. Tipperary including the refurbishment of the existing building, construction of a new appliance bay suitable for 2 Nr fire engines, watch room, muster rooms, lecture room, ancillary rooms and circulation (447 SqM approx.) mechanical & electrical installation, external works and site development works including parking, drill tower and drainage.
