Proposed extension to the existing dressing room facilities to include all associated site works at Muckalee Football Club, Wildfield, Muckalee, Co. Kilkenny.

Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a two storey extension; incorporating a new gymnasium & kitchen area, additional dressing rooms, extended shower & toilet facilities, as well as all associated site works. Contractors are advised that this project is part funded by the National Lottery and as a result there will be a strict payment schedule which will have to be adhered to. In this regard, payment terms may be construed as onerous by some and so adherence therewith must be included for within the returned tender.
