Enabling and Fit Out Works at Block E, Bray Civic Centre, Main Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow

Design and build services for the provision of enabling and fit out works in an existing building to include installation of partitioning systems, including all joinery and fitted furniture as required, suspended ceiling systems with bulk heads and new floor and wall finishes throughout. Services installation to include electrical works which comprises of lighting, power, data, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm installations. Mechanical installation which includes full air conditioning and thermostatically zoned heating system, hot and cold water supplies and extract system generally in accordance with indicative architectural layout drawings and current building regulatory requirements all at Unit E, Bray Civic Centre, Main Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Contractors must demonstrate capacity to deliver a turnkey fit out solution in a live urban environment.
