15157- Kilbeg NS SWS - Summer Works Scheme - Electrical services strip out & installation and digital survey of building

The goal of the project is to upgrade particular items of the electrical services installation to bring those services in alignment with current DoES TGD requirements and to improve the overall educational environment available to the staff and pupils of the school. The works shall be confined to the main school building and the prefabricated classroom at the northeast of the main building only. The gymnasium building is excluded from this Contract other than services that require interconnection as noted in the respective sections of the Specification and the digital survey as noted below. The Contractor shall carry out a digital survey of the entire existing school including the main school building, gymnasium, prefabricated building and site and subsequently produce a digital 2D model in CAD format for issue to the Employer as part of the Safety File and O&M Manual. The works must be completed no later than the 27 August 2016. No exception shall be made unless confirmed formally in writing by the Client. The construction phase of the project shall be 6 weeks commencing on the 04 July 2016.
