Coffee Shop amenity Project at Shannon Free Zone

Shannon Commercial Properties strategy is to construct a coffee shop amenity (circa 185 sq m) located in the car parking area adjacent to Airport House. The existing car park would require upgrading and/or new car parking spaces to facilitate the new amenity. This is subject to final location and design. Landscaping works to tie into the existing landscaped area and to soften the car parking will also be required. Ancillary site development works will be required including connections to the surrounding services as required.
