St Patricks NS, Bruskey, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan - Electrical Services Upgrade Works The projects includes the following scope of works: Disconnecting, stripping out and disposing of existing electrical equipment, fittings, switchgear, and cabling. Supplying and installing new electrical cableways and cables. Existing containment shall be retained and reused where appropriate. Supply and install new Main distribution board and switchgear Rewire general services as per tender drawings Rewire general lighting throughout to include daylight dimming as per tender drawings Wire Intercom and Access Control on the entrance doors as per the tender drawings The existing emergency lighting fittings and wiring shall be retained. The emergency lighting circuits shall be identified at the distribution board, labelled and reterminated at the new distribution board. Due dilligance shall be taken to ensure that the emergency lighting circuits are connected to the general lighting MCB relating to each room. Retain existing Fire Detection and Alarm System. Retain the existing Intruder Alarm System. The existing water heaters shall be retained. Carrying out all builders work and civil works associated with full extent of works. Decorating and making good damage to building fabric caused during works
