St. Michael College Limerick - Refurbishment and Alterations - St. Michael's Cappamore, Limerick

The project is a series of separate projects to be priced separately as the works will be undertaken on the basis of available funding to proceed. The works shall include: a. The conversion of a double classroom to an IT Room and a classroom. b. Demolition of an existing computer room prefab, c. Refurbishment of a stand-alone metalwork room, d. Removal of 2 no. sinks from an existing science room. e. Painting the interior and exterior of the main school building. f. Upgrading and repairing the foul sewer serving the boys toilets. g. Construction of a base for a new poly-tunnel.
