Ref: 13.028 - Maintenance Mangement Service

This tender is for the provision of a maintenance management service to the Office of Public Works and its customers: Government Departments, some State Agencies and An Garda Síochána. The Office of Public Works is a Central Governement Service in Ireland which includes the management of a property portfolio. The service contract is largely the provision of a Helpdesk and Technical support services for both planned and reactive maintenance of building services.  The Helpdesk also provides limited services in the area of building fabric maintenance.

 

The following is a summary of the service:

 

·         Provision of Helpdesk service, approximately 20,000 calls per annum;

·         Management of Planned Maintenance for specialist mechanical and electrical services, approximately 5,500 maintenance contracts;

·         Management of reactive call-outs;

·         Management of customer requested minor works;

·         Processing of payments, 30,000 invoices per annum.
