To whom it may concern.
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) are advertising a 3 year supply contract for the provision of Desktop Stationary and Print Consumables. This tender process is being conducted under the Negotiated Procedure and is a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: Pre-qualification stage. Companies are invited to download the attached pre-qualification questionnaire.
Stage 2: Tender stage. A shortlist of the suitable companies will be invited to tender following an assessment of all submitted pre-qualification questionnaires score against the advertised selection criteria.
The successful company(s) will be required to provide a same day and next day delivery service nationwide to all of IÉ's locations throughout Leinster, Munster and Connaught. A full listing of all locations can be found at http://www.irishrail.ie. The successful company will also be responsible for implementing a robust contract management system and will be required to operate to an agreed service level agreement.
The contract will be divided into 2 separate lots and companies can apply for one or both lots.
Lot 1: Provision of 'Desktop Stationary' which will comprise of a small listing of identified stationary items which IÉ order on a regular basis. This listing will be developed into a bespoke catalogue for IÉ.
Lot 2: Provision of 'Print Consumables' which will comprise of a small listing of identified photocopying toners and print cartridges for a variety of office equipment makes and models which IÉ order on a regular basis. This listing will be developed into a bespoke catalogue for IÉ.
To participate, you are required to download the attached pre-qualification questionnaire and follow the instructions contained within. Companies are required to indicate in their submission which lot(s) they wish to be considered for.
