On behalf of our client, the Cork Education and Training Board, you are invited to tender for construction of their Emergency Roof Repair Works
Compliant Tenders must contain a completed:
- Form of Tender and Schedule
- DES Declaration of Suitability
- Pricing Document
Tenders are to be submitted via the e-tenders platform by 12 noon on 5th April 2023.
Any requests for clarifications should be through the e-tenders portal.
Interested parties are advised to undertake a site inspection. Please contact Catherine.clarke@watermankelly.ie (mail to: Catherine.clarke@watermankelly.ie) to arrange.
Works are to be undertaken and completed before the commencement of the Leaving Certificate. The Leaving Certificate commences on 7th June 2023.
The Form of Contract will be the Short Public Works Contract, PW-CF6, published by the Office of Government Procurement (most recently published edition).
Please note that no Tenderer will be remunerated for any expense incurred in preparation of this tender and it will be a condition precedent to the awarding of the Contract that the Tenderer will:
- Hold a current C2 tax clearance certificate.
- Be a member of the Construction Industry Pension/Sick Pay Scheme.
- Has current public and employer’s liability insurance.
- Complies with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and
Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
- Has manpower and other resources necessary to undertake the work involved within the
timeframe approved by the Department of Education.
- Is listed as a current member of the Construction Industry Register Ireland.
