2913 - Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Maintenance, Repair and Supply of Air Conditioning Equipment

To whom it may concern,

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multiparty framework agreement for the maintenance, supply and repair of air conditioning equipment across the Contracting Authority’s campus, including Beaumont Hospital, two outpatient departments located at the Omni Centre, Santry, and St. Joseph’s Hospital, Raheny. Areas in which air conditioning equipment is currently located include, but are not limited to, general circulation routes, patient areas, ward areas, operating theatres and laboratories.

Please consult the Invitation to Tender document (ITT), which contains full instructions regarding the preparation and submission of tenders.

In order to precisely ascertain the scope of the Contracting Authority’s requirements and the extent of its existing air conditioning infrastructure, tenderers must undertake a site visit / preliminary inspection prior to submitting a tender. In order to register an interest for such a site visit, tenderers must e-mail niallmceneaney@beaumont.ie (mailto:niallmceneaney@beaumont.ie), with the subject-line ‘Air Conditioning Site Visit,’ before close of business on 23/03/2023.

NOTE: A FULL NARRATIVE RESPONSE MUST BE PROVIDED TO EACH AWARD CRITERION DETAILED IN SECTION 6 OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER DOCUMENT. A FAILURE TO RESPOND TO ANY AWARD CRITERION WILL RESULT IN THE ELIMINATION OF THE TENDER SUBMISSION IN QUESTION.
