UCDOPP5255 - Licence Agreement to provide Restaurant Services in UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland

Dear Tenderer

University College Dublin or any wholly owned subsidiaries thereof  (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this invitation  to tender (“ITT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 Requirements and Specifications in the ITT (the “Services”).

Arising out of the Competition a Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) will be awarded to one successful Tenderer for the provision of the services as described in 1.2  and Appendix 1 in the ITT (“the Services”).
