MTU had a requirement to carry out a Deep Retrofit of the Melbourn Building on MTU Cork Campus. The works included Roof upgrade works, recladding external walls with external insulation and architectural panels, window replacement etc. The successful tenderer was: Griffin Brothers Contracting Ltd, Killarney Road, Castleisland, Co. Kerry. This is a Contract Award Notice. This tender opportunity is now closed.
