This Project is only suitable for a Prefabricated/Modular Build Manufacturer only and is not suitable for a general Main Contractor.

The Employer invites you to tender for construction works for the above, as detailed below.

Please note that this Tender is for the purchase of 2no. prefabricated accommodation units (not rental).

Tender submissions must be returned by hard copy or by E-mail to the following address:

Tenders sent to any other address will be deemed to be invalid tenders. Unsigned or incorrectly signed Forms of Tender will likewise be deemed to be invalid tenders.
Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Instruction to Tenderers.
Please return the signed and completed Form of Tenders (including M&E FoT’s), the completed Pricing Document and the completed Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works.
Return envelopes must be clearly marked with the name of the Tenderer, the name of the Contract, and the content for example "Tender of ABC Limited for XYZ...Project – Form of Tender”.
The Expected start date is to be confirmed, but it is imperative that ALL WORKS ARE TO BE COMPLETED BY END OF AUGUST 2023 for use by the School for the new mid term in September.
Queries
Queries must be submitted via the eTender messages facility.
All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 8 working days before latest time for receipt of Tender although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date. If the Employer responds to a query, it will send the response to each Tenderer, unless the Tenderer asking the query has clearly designated the query as confidential and the Employer agrees that it should be treated as confidential.

Site Visit Details
The site visit is mandatory, and Contractors are to satisfy themselves as to dimensions, levels, and entire scope of work. No additional costs shall be permitted as a result of dimensions or levels, where these could have been inspected prior to tendering. All areas that can be inspected prior to tendering will be deemed to have been inspected and taken account of in the submitted tenders.
