New applications are being accepted for the Apprenticeship - Subject Matter Expert Panel for Motor Family of Trades. Scope of Panel SOLAS proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a panel of subject matter experts (SME) to assist in the development, validation, peer review and maintenance of craft apprenticeship family of trades syllabi, curricula, and assessments for SOLAS Apprenticeship Unit. SOLAS is establishing a panel of subject matter experts (SMEP)from which contractors will be selected to provide the services listed below as the need arises. It is anticipated that this panel will be operational until January 2024, subject to demand and budget. Members of the Subject Matter Expert Panel will be engaged to: 1. Develop, validate and/or peer review technical curricula content 2. Develop, validate and/or peer review programme assessments 3. Develop, validate and/or peer review programmes in accordance with SOLAS training specifications Please see Guidance Notes document for full details on the panel and how to apply
