To whom it may concern,

This tender is to upgrade the existing play area at Youghalarra National School, Newtown, Nenagh, Co Tipperary. The works will include re-levelling and resurfacing parts of the existing grass area for the expansion of the front play yard. This involves the construction of a retaining wall and the addition of fencing. The removal of an existing prefab, shed and oil tank is incorporated into the works package. The existing tarmac area needs to be resurfaced and provisions made for additional staff parking spaces. Some existing foul drainage needs to be rerouted and new storm drainage installed.

The Project is due to commence in late June 2023 once the school has closed for the summer and take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
