Office Cleaning Services Contract

Roscommon County Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Service Providers for the provision of cleaning services to be provided at Áras an Chontae, Roscommon Town. It is a three storey building which comprises of ground floor, first floor and second floor. The estimated floor area is 6,675m2 of accommodation including office space on three floors together with Council Chamber, laboratory and ancillary space.
