HRB/CS/2016 - Qualification Questionnaire for the Supply of Catering to the HRB for meetings held at the HRB’s premises

Tenderers should note the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) proposes to establish a Whole of Government Framework for catering services later this year and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to transition the Services to this Framework. The HRB needs food and drink provided for a number of meetings held at its Grattan house meeting every year. Estimated summary of requirements as below We would need the option to get crockery and cutlery delivered and collected as part of any order. Catering requirements are typically sandwiches for 12 people. Estimate of catering requirements 10-15 people - 40 times a year - requiring Sandwiches, crisps, cakes, teas and coffees 60 people - 10 times a year - requiring Sandwiches, crisps, cakes, teas and coffees 60 people - 5 times a year - requiring Hot food – such as curry and stews 5-10 people - 10 times a year - requiring Breakfasts – OJ, pastries, fruit etc. 5-10 people - 20 times a year - requiring Sandwiches, crisps, cakes, teas and coffees
