W&D Replacement Framework - Window & External Door Replacement Framework

Expressions of interest are invited from competent door and window manufactures / suppliers / installers, interested in pre-qualification for inclusion on the Window & External Door Replacement Framework. The works shall comprise the removal & disposal of existing windows & doors and the manufacture, supply and installation of white Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride uPVC double / triple glazed windows & Composite doors to occupied Local Authority dwellings, together with all associated works as detailed on Mayo County Council contract documents. Applicant must provide documentary evidence that the uPVC double / triple glazed windows and composite doors proposed have a thermal performance of 1.0 W/m²°K or better. A draft copy of the contract Specification is included in this tender package, for the Applicants information. The full scope of the works and the obligations of the Applicant are to be ascertained by reference to the Contract as a whole.
